In the planning and mobilization stages, we take charge of initiating asset operations, which involves establishing the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) organization and an integrated management system in compliance with the highest ISO and EHS standards. Our top priorities include ensuring a seamless onboarding process for the O&M team and timely commencement of operations for the asset.
Following the commencement of operations, we assume complete responsibility for the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of the customer's energy asset. This encompasses planning, conducting daily operations, managing asset maintenance, overseeing material and resource logistics, and implementing ongoing improvements. To ensure the optimal operation of energy assets and early detection of deviations, our O&M delivery is backed by a technical support team in the back-office. The specific scope and deliverables can be customized through negotiation based on customer needs and priorities.
